No matter how large or small the repair, we believe in doing every job right the first time. We aim to complete each job in a timely manner, with as minimal a mess as possible and we always clean up after ourselves.

We will measure your project based on items that are able to be seen. Here are some factors that may increase your quote from the typical standard pricing list: Obstructions in and around a repair? Is your repair on the ceiling?And if so what the height of the ceiling? Do you need a special texture? Smooth walls? May require more than one visit. Is your repair on a seam from wall to ceiling? Or possibly a corner? Have you tried to make the repair first? Do you have plaster? Are there any safety concerns? Are the repairs on the same floor? Do you have a difficult entrance, like flights of stairs? Is parking close by? These are just a few of possible scenarios that could affect the price of the standard pricing list but not limited to other scenarios that may arise.
